Carlos has tuned our piano for about 9 years now, and he’s always done a fantastic job. He always takes his time and does a very thorough and careful tuning job. In addition, he’s come to know our piano individually over the years, and so he has a sense for what it needs to keep it sounding great. There’s nothing like that feeling of sitting down at the piano after Carlos just tuned it – the piano sounds so much richer and fuller when it’s well-tuned.

I found Piano tech quite by accident on google. We were in the process of moving and I needed to have my piano stored as our new place would not be ready for close to 6 months. I first spoke to Luis who put me in touch with Dennis the owner. He assured me that my piano would be taken care of and that shouldn’t worry. Let me explain, I don’t have a Steinway or a concert piano. I have a Schafer & Sons piano that is close to 30 years old. I am the original owner a have played my piano lovingly for all those years. The years had taken it’s toll and then Dennis tuned it, polished it, cleaned it and brought it back to life. It plays beautifully. I cannot thank Piano tech enough. god bless you Dennis.
